Cost

All RelayHealth services are free except the webVisit. If webVisits are a covered benefit of your plan, and your plan requires a copay for a typical office visit, that same copay amount will be charged for a webVisit. If your plan does not cover webVisits, the cost is determined by your doctor. You will be notified of the cost before you begin the webVisit.

Who can use the RelayHealth service?
Any patient who sees a doctor that is using RelayHealth may use the service.

Some Member with health plan coverage f can enjoy webVisits® (online consultations with your doctor) as a covered benefit. You may be responsible for the webVisit copay or charge as determined by your physician.

How do I get started?
Go to www.relayhealth.com and click Register as a New User.

How do I know if my doctor uses RelayHealth?
Click here to view the list of participating providers. If your doctor is not participating, you may change to a new physician who uses RelayHealth.

How do I select a physician who uses RelayHealth?
Click here to view the list of participating providers. If your doctor is not participating, you may change to a new physician who uses RelayHealth.

To use RelayHealth, you must have an existing relationship with a physician using RelayHealth . If want to change to a new physician who uses RelayHealth, you must schedule an in-office visit before communicating with them online. Physicians are being added regularly.

How much does it cost to communicate with my physician online?
If webVisits are a covered benefit of your plan, and you plan requires a copay for a typical office visit, you may be required to pay some copay amount for a webVisit. If your plan does not cover webVisits, the cost is determined by your doctor and will be communicated to you before you begin the webVisit.

There is no other charge for any other RelayHealth service.

The RelayHealth service is completely secure and HIPAA-compliant. Your information is only accessible by you, your doctor, and your doctor’s authorized staff.
